disability assessment tools
Stacy,
There are many tools for this but lately I've been using more of the World
Health Organization Functional Assessment that come from their International
Classification of Functions, Disability and Health. It will allow you to
identification of Functions, Disability and Health. It will allow you toư
ify specific functional limitations and from there you it's easier to
identify strategies for return to work planning.
http://www.aihw.gov.au/disability/icf/ddb20/ is a starting point.
